If you require service in your home, please email email@example.com and provide details of your service request and a contact phone number. One of our dispatchers will contact you within one business day to schedule your call and to answer any questions.
If you are renting your home, please contact your landlord or leasing company to authorize and schedule maintenance or repairs.
If the service you are requesting may be association responsibility, please contact your Association Manager or Office Manager for clarification and response.
If you wish to schedule service, we require a valid credit card be provided at the time of scheduling. We will provide you with an estimate for your initial service call for your authorization. The minimum service call authorization is $400, if the service call or repair cannot be completed within the amount authorized, you will be contacted with estimated costs for further approval before repairs are completed.
Larger services requests may require a higher authorization amount that will be requested at the time of scheduling.
We have a one hour minimum charge on all service calls which includes travel time of up to 30 minutes to the service location. A service charge of $20 to cover the cost of processing and dispatching calls will be applied to each service request.

7 am – 9 am
8 am – 12 pm
12 pm – 4 pm
Non-urgent service calls are typically performed within 2 to 10 days depending on availability. If your service request is more urgent, Priority scheduling is available upon request and will be charged out at the Priority Hourly Rates.
