If you require service in your home, please email email@example.com and provide details of your service request and a contact phone number. One of our dispatchers will contact you by the next business day to answer any questions and schedule your call.
If you are renting your home, please contact your landlord or leasing company to authorize and schedule maintenance or repairs. If the service you are requesting may be the community association’s responsibility, please contact your Association Manager or Office Manager for clarification and response. For routine service calls, we request at the time of scheduling pre-authorization of $400 in expense on a valid credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until service has been completed. If the service call is going to exceed $400 we will contact you with estimated costs and request permission for further authorization. Larger services requests may require a higher pre-authorization amount that will be requested at the time of scheduling.
- There is a one hour minimum charge on all service calls which includes travel time of up to 30 minutes to the service location. A service charge of $20 to cover the cost of processing and dispatching calls will be applied to each service request.
- Service call appointment windows are Monday through Friday 7 to 9am, 8am to 12pm or 12pm to 4pm.
- Non-urgent service calls are typically performed within 2 to 10 days depending on availability. If your service request is urgent, priority scheduling is available upon request and will be charged out at the Priority Hourly Rates.
