The Gittleman Maintenance Division surveys randomly selected customers. The results are aggregated into a modified Net Promoter Score (NPS®) to measure customer loyalty by asking one question:

‘How likely is it that you would recommend Gittleman Construction & Maintenance to a friend or colleague?’

NPS is a common feedback survey metric – it’s easy to understand, quick to complete, and gives a big-picture gauge of customer loyalty. The survey offers a scale of 1-5 with a 5 being “Very likely” and a 1 being “Not likely at all”. Gittleman’s average score over the past 3 years is 4.6. However, the NPS score doesn’t provide literal insights into how customers feel. So, as part of our survey process, we encourage written feedback as well. Here are some recent comments:
