Gittleman Construction recently reached substantial completion of its $1.4MM project to fabricate and to install in-suite fan coil cabinets for the 297 units that make up Summit House Condominiums. This project was part of a larger (nearly $20MM) capital improvement project the community undertook to update its mechanical systems and physical plant.
